I have gained some weight and my bras all fit wrong, but I don't know what size I am, and due to covid you can't try anything on in stores anymore.

I've looked up how to measure myself online, but when converting that to bra size I get so confused.. some say deduct the band from the bust size and that'll equal the cup, others say to add 4 then subtract the band..? Both would give me different sizes.

I'm currently wearing a 36D, but it's tight under my breasts, and my boobs pop out the top so I'm thinking a 38DD?

I measure 41.5 inch around bust, and 36 under breast (band)

Any help would be greatly appreciated 😊
