A good product for baby eczema ?

She keeps getting these doctor prescribed a steroid but as soon as I stop using it it comes back also tired eucerine, shea butter, Vaseline, aveeno

I’ve struggled with eczema all my life. Since I was a little baby all the way into adulthood. It took a lot of figuring it out but now I know I can’t use anything that has fragrance or masking fragrance. Vanicream and their whole product line is great for kids and it’s the only thing I use. I have been able to manage my eczema extremely well. 
I also suggest that since it’s winter time and the air can be extremely dry, get a humidifier in the room. It keeps the skin from drying out which can flare it up. These are the most natural ways that have been so helpful to me.

The Aveeno creams don’t work for us. But the Aveeno Baby Therapy Nighttime’s Balm works wonders. (Not sure if you have tried) we do a lukewarm bath every night then we apply this to her skin while it’s still damp and it’s works really well for us. She gets the occasional small patch but nothing major.
