Any ideas

Okay I been smoking since March, so itll be easy for me to stop doing it,,, buttt I just found out I’m pregnant with my second child (could be around two mo) . Is there any healthy ways & safe things I can do to help clear my system while being pregnant?

I know there’s a good chance that if I set up an appointment with an OB they will pick something up, because it’s not only in my system but obviously whatever I intake so does the baby. I would rather have less of it in my system so any ideas will help. (Sorry if this is dumb. I never really smoked before & I have been non stop since March. I don’t really ask a lot of questions.)

Lots of water and fluids to help flush your system. Even if they pick it up at your first appointment just tell them that you stopped once you found out. As long as it doesn’t pop up on your next appointment and you’ve stopped you should be fine.
