ECV success .... When did you go into labor?

Question

For those mommies who had successful ECV procedures and were sent home (not induced after). How long was it until you went into labor naturally ? 
FTM here and had the ECV yesterday. Been having a lot of bigger contractions today (actually feeling them) and just curious how quick baby came naturally from other experiences. 
Anything to look out for ? I have a high pain tolerance and didnt feel contractions yesterday in the hospital even though they were showing up on monitor. Please share ! Thank you so much! 
*Also if any one wants to discuss ECV (process of doctor manually flipping baby into position if they are breech/transverse) I'm open to chat !

We’re you able to tell a difference once baby was flipped into position? 
I also have a pretty high pain tolerance and had to go in multiple time with my first to make sure I wasn’t in preterm labor and I pretty much contracted regularly for the last 3-6 weeks of pregnancy. The contractions weren’t always painful, but noticeable. The morning I went into labor the contractions just felt different even though they still weren’t very painful until later in the day!
