What did y'all use or take?

If you had cystic acne plus regular acne with oily and sometimes combo skin and big pores plus black heads and dark spots and deep scars can you help a girl out and give me some advice lol it started happening a few months ago and I'm 23... I literally think I'm the ugliest person around bc of it... I drink tons of water and feel like I've tried everything except prescribed medication...
