I’m just very frustrated and he doesnt understand

So long story short my bf quit his job a month n a half ago and got his new job like 2/3 weeks ago and he was off this whole week bc he had to get COVID tested n 3 days after with no symptoms so w.e that’s today,he goes back tomorrow but his paycheck is only 287 or something around there and he hasn’t helped me with bills at all this month and so he SAID last night oh ima get my check and give you some money towards bills.. here is why I’m mad.-he ordered 100$ worth of fishing shit off my card without permission and says oh I’ll give you the money back we gotta go to the store and smoke shop MEANING he once again isnt paying shit towards bills, we got rent & electric due this week plus I have insurance due for my car🙄🙄🙄🙄
