How to increase milk supply while pumping????

For those who are pumping. How do I increase my supply? I pump every 2-4hrs(for 20-30min) but only produce 2oz per session(3 if I'm lucky). My baby is now eating 2.5-3oz every 2-3hrs and I can barely keep up. I've tried lactation cookies and funegreek supplements. Both of which don't seem to make a difference. Any ideas?

Power pumping, try different settings on your pump, change the membranes, try a different pump. I would personally stop the fenugreek.

I’m in the same boat.
My baby is almost 3 weeks.
We just have to keep it up and keep going until our supply evens out.
Sometimes if I don’t pump all night and do it in the morning I’ll get a massive amount out of one boob, my other boob is a slacker.
But mostly 2-3 ounces from the one every 2-3 hours.
