Help with hair!!

My daughter is mixed and I can’t seem to get her hair under control. If anyone has any ideas please let me know!!!

I shower her everyday at the same time and do the same routine with her hair. I comb it out and put leave in conditioner. Her hair looks really good for most of the day but around 6-7pm her hair just starts sticking up and looking super crazy!!!
