MIL wants to buy a gift for baby #2

My MIL wants to buy something for baby #2. I’m feeling like we really don’t need anything since we have a two year old daughter who was born around the same time of year as she will be. I’m assuming clothes will all fit, I’ve already replaced bottles and pacifiers, teethers, and we still have all our of big ticket items.

Any suggestions? She didn’t give a budget so I’m not really sure what the price range is.

Anything that you didn’t have for your first that you wished you had for your second?
