Will you be sending your children back to school?

I’m in tier 4 and worried about sending my 4 year old back to school ( I’m also worried as I’m over 9 weeks pregnant and worried it will affect my pregnancy )

I’ll be sending my nearly 3 year old back to nursery, and am 16 weeks pregnant. Last lockdown litlen hadn’t started nursery but it affected his personality & happiness not being able to mingle & play with other children, it’s so important for their development. Our nursery is very reassuring that their following the strictest guidelines.

Absolutely. I'm 37 weeks pregnant but I'm more worried with the effect it wouldn't have on my 5 year old if she wasn't at school. Her school has had one case in the whole school, 7 year groups, 2 classes in each year, 30 children in each class, since September when they all returned 🤷🏼‍♀️ she is in reception and the amount she has learnt since starting is crazy. I worry I wouldn't be able to home school her with a newborn and 18 month old at home too

I’m a primary school teacher so I will have to send my son into nursery so I can carry on teaching. 
The main teaching unions are advising teachers to contact their heads and tell them they won’t be coming back to work if class sizes aren’t reduced. Instead they’re calling for schools to open only for key workers and vulnerable pupils and remote learning for everyone else. So you might not have a choice about sending your child if that happens and they’ll have to stay at home regardless.
