Anyone else dealing with constipation? What are you doing for it?

Prune juice! I drink an 8oz glass a day, drink a TON of water and have a fiber supplement. When I was really struggling, I put a scoop wheat bran over my cereal in the mornings

You can take a stool softener, but I didnt like them bc they made me cramp. Metamucil every morning and a cup of coffee usually did it for me. I also got some smoothies with kale or spinach, chia seeds, and flaxseed. Try to avoid a lot of dairy, fast food, and sugary foods.

Pistachios!!!! It was one of those thing I did on accident by binge eating them and I swear to you within 10 minutes your going lol

All of a sudden - yes!! So annoying. It's never something I have to deal with but the last few days has been so frustrating (I'm 12w2d)

Do you drink coffee? That’s the only thing that helps me. I allow myself one cup a day and that usually helps. Apple juice will help me too.

Me. It sucks. Coupled with the morning (all day) sickness I have no appetite for any of the foods that should help. I started taking colace yesterday but i have now taken  3 and no dice. I’m going to add fiber gummies and see if that helps. It’s awful.

I do and it’s horrible. I’m supposed to take 2 stool softeners a day but the cramps are unreal from them...

There's a drink you can get from your doctor called laxido (I'm in the UK). I suffered with constipation and IBS before pregnancy as well, this is a god send!

Anyone else dealing with constipation? What are you doing for it?
