To soon to celebrate?

My son is 2.5 and had been waking up with dry diapers for a couple weeks now. For the last three days we haven't used a diaper at night and he has been dry in the morning (wakes up once a night to go as well). He has been potty trained during the day for close to a year now. I've never pushed any training on him he did it on his own. Is it to early to celebrate him being night time trained? I have a bunch of overnight diapers that are way to big for him that I want to give away if so. I'm still keeping some just in case
