I'm going insane fighting the one nap nap has then trying to fit food around her to make sure she's full up

Our daughter is 19 months now and naps at 1 after her dinner for roughly 2/2.5 hrs
When she was 1 she would have a morning nap from. 9.30/10 for 30 mins then an afternoon nap 1-3
Try to just go with when your little one is tired or find a time everyday which works around your routine
