Does anyone know where I can get help with naps and sleep

I'm so fed up 
Exhausted 
Just want to give up and lock myself away 
Really struggling and don't know what to do so we get some sleep
It's the lack of sleep and nap refusing at 13 months old

Contact your Health Visitor. I called mine when my daughter was 11 months due to sleep issues and their advice helped a lot

Is it getting to sleep the issue or staying asleep?
My first I had to do the ferber method of cry it out, took 2 months too put in place fully.
My second nothing would work, tried the ferber CIO and didn't work. 
Every time I was going in the room it made them worse. 
Came across extinction CIO and hallelujah 5-10 mins or crying and out like a light. My heart ached listening to them but self soothing is really important as they get older. Took about a week to put in place but I'm confident in knowing it was for the best but at the time I was crying the first couple of days lol.
