Is it getting to sleep the issue or staying asleep?My first I had to do the ferber method of cry it out, took 2 months too put in place fully.My second nothing would work, tried the ferber CIO and didn't work. Every time I was going in the room it made them worse. Came across extinction CIO and hallelujah 5-10 mins or crying and out like a light. My heart ached listening to them but self soothing is really important as they get older. Took about a week to put in place but I'm confident in knowing it was for the best but at the time I was crying the first couple of days lol.
