PLEASE HELP

i took a pregnancy test this morning when i woke up because my period is 2 weeks late. it immediately came up as negative and i checked it again a few minutes later and it was still negative. however, i looked at it again now to take a picture and show my bf it's negative and it now reads as positive. the box says disregard results after ten minutes, but is it possibly i'm pregnant?
