My friend told me that if they wanted to have a child, the future mother-to-be should tell them first upon finding out the good news, then the mothers and families. Do you agree with that? Should the bf be the first to hear the news that a baby is coming, or should her parents know first then the bf after?

If the future mother-to-be learns she is pregnant down the road, but tells her parents first before her bf, is that mistrust between the bf and gf?
