Bleeding from IUD

I'm on day 30 of bleeding since getting my Mirena IUD inserted. (Sigh) Is the end in sight? It's not even spotting, it's full period bleeding and my vagina has changed since birth so I've been struggling to use the menstrual cup, which I've used for years. I'm using pads and I feel gross. I feel like it can't be healthy to bleed so much for so long, but I know many women do for much longer.

Those who have gotten through it: is it worth it? I didn't realize the IUD meant I would have constant period. It's bumming me out.
