Menstrual Cup

Hi guys looking for some advice please, I have really heavy periods and thought I would try the moon cup for my next period.. I’m nervous and excited to try it, but can anyone give me some hint or tips for using it? Do I need to wear a pad as well?? TIA

I recommend going to this brands website. They have really helpful tutorials and great customer service (they’ll answer any questions). The main thing is to relax, make sure your hands/fingernails are clean and be down to try it a couple times. I also recommend getting a small “wet bag” it’s got a waterproof liner, making it a great place to stash your cup if you’re on the go or even at home (the ones from marleys monsters.com have a metal zipper which keeps any smells inside the bag).
