Spotting and later period

Need advice 🤔

So I started spotting probably on the 31/12/2020 (9DPO) and have had it ever since, nothing major.. (so for 6 days so far) mainly just in the morning and when I wipe after the toilet. My period is now 2-3 days late, took a pregnancy test yesterday and got a negative (wasn’t my morning wee though)

Anyone else had this before 😥

This has never happened to me.. and advice, suggestions?
