Don’t think I’ll ever get pregnant😞

Me and my partner been trying for a year now and no luck at all I’m recently being texted for endometriosis and because of that I think I can’t ever have kids I don’t think or if it’s my irregular periods I was 40 days this month I just want to get pregnant and it ain’t working I’m wondering I should take vitex to see if that’ll help me regulate and ovulate in time
