Is this safe to take in pregnancy ? (Antibiotics)

I keep having the urge to wee 
So they have given me this to treat it ? 
Without even seeing me / testing my urine 
Is it safe in early pregnancy I am 10 weeks 
When I google it it says 
Is nitrofurantoin (Macrobid, Macrodantin, Furadantin) safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding? Although there are no adequate studies of nitrofurantoin in pregnant women, many women have safely used it during pregnancy.

Macrobid is safe in pregnancy. It’s one of the preferred antibiotics for pregnancy.

Its super common to get a uti during pregnancy and based off your symptoms they prescribed it cause thats probably what it is. Not every Dr confirms w a urine test. Its safe to take and you should take it. Its not safe to have an untreated uti while pregnant/ever
