Plz comment. Hook effect?

Hello ladies. I’m reaching out in hopes that someone has gone through this and can let me know how it turned out.

I got a 4 faint positives and then they’ve gone to negatives back to 2 more positives now back to negative.

I’m so confused as I am super nauseas super tired and dizzy.

I am not spotting cramping or bleeding

It’s been 2 weeks.

Any advice as to why this is happening??

I feel like i am pregnant but why is the line not progressing ?? I’ve heard about the hook effect but has anyone had that happen??

Or did the baby not make it and I just haven’t fully miscarried??
