Bottle and dinner (BLW)
Hi.. so my ped said she should start 3 meals a day which means i have to add a dinner meal. With BLW, you give milk first then food so whats your schedule like if your LO has dinner? I get home at 5:30pm. She usually have a bottle at 6:30pm and sleep at 7pm.. when do i give her milk and food now??
