Did anyone bleed during the first trimester ?

I recently found out I’m pregnant and I’m somewhat spotting when I wipe. Should I be worried ?

Yes because I had a SCH. Bleeding is common, but not normal, so it always needs to be reported to your dr and monitored closely, especially if it gets heavier.

I had some very light brown spotting at six weeks. They got me in for an early ultrasound and everything looked good and they couldn’t find any cause for the bleeding. They figured it was just left over implantation bleeding making its way out. Everything has been going smoothly since (currently 13w4d).

I spotted brown discharge/blood from 4wks all the way to 9 weeks. I even had a gush of red blood at 9 weeks and it all stopped. DR said I probably had a subchrionic hematoma. All was fine with baby. Id still definitely get checked though!
