9 days late... positive opk

I am 9 days late, for the past week or so I’ve been having light cramps, backache, I spotted light pink twice in between a couple of days my nipples fill like there on fire. I took a cheap pregnancy test this morning and nothing. Then at 5pm I took a opk and positive. I know that it could be a period coming or pregnancy.
