Is no talc baby powder safe ?

I like to sometimes use no talc baby powder on my son because he gets diarrhea a lot from a medication he's on and it keeps him extra fresh smelling after a bad poop. He's not a fan of how creams feel and it's not really a rash anyway. Sometimes in-between baths I will but a little on his bum so he smells nice too. I know talc baby powder isn't safe but is no talc fine ?

Baby powder isn’t recommended at all. Talc or no talc. The extremely fine powder particles can easily be inhaled by baby and it’s not good for their respiratory system.

I never had issues even though bthey say not to use them my son's been fine and I use it every change he in fact loves watching me put it on x.x
