I bought this thing thinking it’s only for people with allergies or people with asthma. I mean was I ever wrong. Some nights I can’t breathe and I get a bloody nose but when I cut this on for a little bit I feel brand new. 
I heard you can also use them in baby rooms. Thoughts
(Don’t mind it’s on chair I have an old cocker spaniel lol)

I have one and clean it vinegar once per week. I also use saline nose spray to help with the bloody nose.

Our humidifier got mold in it that I couldn’t clean out, so I’ve been sleeping with an oil diffuser on my nightstand every night, and I have one in my daughters room (they just have water in them, and run the same length of time with out making the room smell mildewy).
Her and I have both been getting nose bleeds and I’ve had horrible sinus pain/congestion my entire pregnancy. My face hurts. My teeth hurt. I’m blowing my nose for half the morning cause I’m so congested.  I boil water on my stove during the day. I’m in California and it’s just been so dang dry 😑
