How did you know you were miscarrying ?

Question

I’m 20 , married with no living children and one angel baby girl . I just want to gather all information I can get and prepare myself in case anything goes wrong.
If you have miscarried before , what were your symptoms ? 
I currently feel a little pressure in my vagina randomly ( maybe like 4 times a day ). I’m only 4 weeks but I’m not sure if this is just me being paranoid from my last pregnancy when I lost my daughter at 20 weeks due to IC .

I was spotting dark brown for a few days which eventually turned bright red. Then it got thicker and turned to clots and I had the worst cramps. I passed the sac at home and knew it was over

I’m also 20 , engaged with two angel babies . My first was a missed miscarriage @8weeks 2 days. Although I had a d&c done , leading up to finding out baby no longer had an heartbeat , I had random spotting not a lot at all and it was pink , cramps on and off , and the night of my procedure I kept feeling like there was pressure in my vag . I’m current having a chemical @4 weeks 2 days and the cramps yesterday were literally unbearable 😩 my doctor prescribed me some medicine for pain management so I’ve been taking 800mg ibuprofen as well as tramadol < might be spelled wrong

I had a missed miscarriage. It was found at the 10 week appt but baby had stopped growing around 9 weeks and had no heartbeat. I had no symptoms at all...just went into the ultrasound for a regular appt and was told we lost the baby. I had a d&c that afternoon as I needed it to be sone that day for my mental state. My doctor understood and moved appts around to fit us in. One of my worst days ever...

My first miscarriage i had light brown spotting at 10w5d. Contacted my midwife and she moved my scan forward to 11w1d. Was told at the scan that baby had no heartbeat and had not made it past 6 weeks. I had no symptoms prior to the light brown spotting. 
My second miscarriage I got my positive test at 3w4d. Quite a strong positive. I went to work at 5w1d and felt really wiped out like I was coming down with the flu or something. At 5w3d I was really dizzy and had intense back pain. I took a test at 5w4d because I just didn't feel right and the test line was much lighter.  I told my husband that evening that I thought I was losing the baby. At 5w6d I woke up with really strong cramps, went to the bathroom and took a test which was so faint you almost couldn't see the second line. I started bleeding an hour later and my test was negative later that day - chemical pregnancy.
My third miscarriage i called my early pregnancy unit at 5w5d and told them I was pregnant. They arranged a scan for 6w4d. Went to the scan and they could see the sac and baby but no heartbeat. Went back a week later  and baby hadn't grown much, there was a flicker on the screen but they couldn't measure it so were reluctant to say heartbeat. Went back a week later and baby had grown but they couldn't see a heartbeat. Baby has to be a certain size or you have to be a certain amount of weeks pregnant before they will say you've definitely miscarried (im in the uk)  so although I knew at this point that baby had gone they wouldn't say she had. At 9w5d they confirmed the pregnancy was not viable and I lost the pregnancy at 10w5d.

I had light cramping a few days before the miscarry took place. I honestly didn't think much of them because they were not severe & I read online that some light cramping was totally normal. Fast forward a few days, my husband and I went out to eat and I felt full blown period cramps. By the time we made it home, the bleeding started and was extremely heavy.
