1 month old is pooping once a day and peeing like 7-8 times a day. Should I be concerned? The past week it's been 1 poop a day but now it's been 24 hours since her last poo. She peeing tons and breast feeding ton.

I don’t think so. My son is 5 weeks and he now poops every other day and pees non stop. I asked the pediatrician about it at his last appointment and she said as long as he’s not going like 5 days without a stool and passing gas he should be fine. My son is also formula fed. When I started out breast feeding he seemed to go more often. Which is reverse of what I been reading.

Sounds like baby is using all you give. Is absolutely normal for breast feeding, my youngest went a bit over a week about every growth spurt. If your worried you can always call the dr. but its pretty normal.

Breastfed babies can go up to a week without pooping, as breastmilk has significantly less "waste" to pass out of the body.
