Okay so quick run down. My ex husband and I have been divorced for 5 years. We have been unable to successfully co parent because he can't forgive me and move on. He's angry at me for the divorce and has been unable to let go. Problem is he is wanting to claim both of our children on taxes this year. He says he is going to file before me. He has the kids 2 days a week. I have them 5 days a week. What will happen if he claims them before me? Can I intercept him?
