Premama fertility experiences

My cycle has been off for months now and I finally ordered premama fertility supplement. I started taking it about 10 days ago. In the past 3-4 days, I have been feeling nauseous, have had a headache and have had spotting. I am 98% sure it’s my period, which would be great since I haven’t had it for a while. Any other thoughts? Any similar experiences using Premama?
