When are you telling your employer that you’re pregnant?

When are you telling your employer that you’re pregnant? After 12 weeks? Later?

I just told my employer last week when I was around 12 weeks. I was already calling to discuss my return to work (just finishing my 18 month Mat leave from my first baby).   So I felt like she deserved some heads up and planning since I’ll only be back for about 6 months before I take another 18 month mat leave.   
We havent told anyone yet about this pregnancy and I let her know that.  I feel confident she will respect my privacy. She was very good about it and congratulatory.

I will be 14 weeks Saturday and haven’t told them yet. With my first I told them around 14 weeks, but I just returned from mat leave and not ready to tell them yet. I will probably wait until sometime in February as my appointments start to pick up.

I told mine today. I waited until after my 12 week appointment, which was actually at 12+4. Once I heard everything was good I let them know.

I’m 10 weeks 5 days and only told a close coworker. I do plan on speaking with hr but outside of that I don’t plan on telling anyone at work.

I told my boss a couple of weeks after finding out so around 7 weeks because I knew I would need a risk assessment done and there was duties I wasn’t comfortable doing whilst pregnant

I told my boss around 8 weeks because I was vomitting 8-10 times a day and it was impossible to hide. So grateful that I trust her and knew she'd support me.

I told my boss right away. I have had previous miscarriages that required me to miss work and now have appointments all the time. I work for a very small company (like 8 people) so it also probably made more sense.  It also helps to tell them early if you don’t work a desk job and have horrible morning sickness that prevents you from working. I work with special needs kids and it’s hard to keep up with them,especially in homes, when you can’t keep food down.

I told my Boss today. I am almost 12 weeks but because I ad 3 losses between 11-13 weeks, I am seeing the doctor every other week. I am working remotely and have been able to get sway with leaving my computer to go to my appts but I figured I would just be honest as things are starting to pick up after the holidays. I dont plan on telling anyone else at work though unless we are called back into the office.

I just told my team and administration (teacher here) and I am 13 weeks. I only told them because I have appointments that I’ll be missing school for and when we return face to face for school I will have a noticeable bump.
