Early Pregnancy Symptom?

AF is due in a week. I had a faint positive pregnancy test today. The last few days I have noticed a lot of white discharge and light cramping. Also, since last night, Ive been gagging/dry heaving for no reason. Is this a symptom of early early pregnancy? Thanks!
