What does shoulder tip pain feel like?

I have just started with a slight pain like inside my shoulder radiating into my arm pit, it feels as though i have pulled my shoulder out of place? the pain isn’t extreme.. i am around 7 weeks pregnant

For me the best thing I could relate it to is having a dead arm. It was a constant dull discomfort but it was also associated with bleeding which was what prompted me to get to the ER
