6 week HCG levels

I had my first hcg blood test 2 days ago, and it was 496.6. Went back today (48 hrs later) and it came back at 762.3. Has anyone experienced slow hcg rise and go on to have a healthy pregnancy/baby? Or is this a sign of a miscarriage or ectopic? I go back in Monday for another hcg blood test.
