Do I look fat?

Had a baby 5 weeks ago , right out of shower and pumping hubby took a pic of me from behind.  Fat?
I’m feeling so insecure.  I wasn’t at my ideal weight pre pregnancy but I was getting there after training hard and I’m back to square one now.

Fat?! Hell no!! You have curves in just the right places and also you had a baby FIVE WEEKS ago. I have had two kids and with the first it took me like 3-4 months to lose the weight and my second (she’s almost 2) it took twice as long lol. Congrats on your baby, don’t be so hard on yourself mama. It takes time for your body to adjust (not saying that you look bad in any way; I just know what the numbers did to me too, knowing how much more I was) you got this ;)

I know it’s hard after having a baby when your confidence drops and your body is different. But you really should be focusing on your mental health and well-being and not at all what your body looks like.
