start trying for #2 at 18months or 24?

Our daughter is almost 15 months and we have started talking more about baby #2. I just got the covid vaccine so in a couple months would be when we would really be serious about it. Would 2.5 age gap or 3 years between be better? or sooner? I have baby fever now but idk if it's just because everyone around me is getting pregnant and having babies haha

Some people get lucky and it happens right away, but it’s very common for it to take up to a year to get pregnant (there’s only about a 1 in 4 chance of getting pregnant each cycle even if you are healthy and time everything right), so I personally I would start sooner rather than later.

We started trying for the second one when my daughter was about 10 months old. Got pregnant about 5 months later when she was 15 months and she is due 9 days after her 2nd birthday.

My sisters were all 3 years apart. Mine are and will be (preg w #3) 2 years and 2 months apart 😳. It was hard at first when he was just 2 and she was baby, but it’s been Awesome!! since then because they’re best friends. It’s a great age gap. I was 3 years apart from my sisters and I feel like it was too much until we became adults
