Can I use heavy cream in Mac n Cheese?

I was going to make a box of Kraft mac n cheese tonight, but I just realized my milk is expired. I do have some heavy cream though. Can I just use a little splash of that instead?

I actually make my Mac and cheese with butter and sour cream so I see no reason why you can’t use heavy cream.

I think u can but maybe not 1 for 1 ratio. You may need to use less heavy cream than u would milk and add water or chicken broth?
