Nellies laundry soap is awesome I’ve been using it for years for my husband and I and continue to use it when baby came.

We rotate between this one and the one by Attitude and both are great. But any fragrance and dye free detergent should be good. I’d for sure stay away from dreft and other heavily scented products, that one in particular have my daughter really bad rashes all over.
