What is the average amount of times couples have sex? Is it possible to have too much sex?

As much as you like but you may need to break as you can become sore/sensitive

It’s different for every couple and will fluctuate in the relationship as time goes on. Sometimes my husband and I go at it every day and sometimes I’ll realize it’s been 2 months since we last had sex. As long as you’re content and satisfied, there’s no set amount on how much nor how little sex you “should” have in your specific relationship.
