Uti or chlamydia

So it seems I’ve had reoccurring utis because my symptoms include: cloudy urine, discomfort (but not burning) at end of pee, frequent peeing. And this has happened 3 times within the past 2 months and my symptoms are not severe. I took AZO and that made the symptoms go away for some time but it keeps occurring. I have had a boyfriend since November 13th but before that I was sexually actively having (unprotected sex) with multiple partners. (I know dumb) but I didn’t think anything of it until I learned that chlamydia symptoms can mimic uti symptoms. I’m getting tested tomorrow but thoughts on if it’s a uti, chlamydia or etc? And how I would tell my boyfriend because if I have something that can be transmitted he definitely has it unknowingly.
