Am I a bad fiancé?

My fiancé and I have been living together for about a year now and having the sex slow down to once a week has been a tough adjustment for me as a highly sexual person. He doesn’t feel confident in the bedroom anymore bc he doesn’t get to have the alone time to get himself off like he used too bc I’m always at home due to the pandemic, which results in quick sex sessions and he’s embarrassed. I feel really guilty and I’m not sure what to do in order to give him the alone time he needs. We have talked about it and he just says it’s an adjustment we have to get used to... idk any other married ladies have any advice on what I can do to help?
