3 week old won’t sleep

I had a baby 3 weeks go via emergency c section. The first two weeks she slept really well. She slept 5 hours and then 4 hours. She’s gained weight and the health visitor said this was fine and I didn’t need to wake her for feeds. However, this last week she has not slept at all in the night. Her eyes are wide open and she cries every time we put her down. She was cluster feeding a couple of nights but now she uses me as a comforter. I have a dummy (pacifier) but it always falls out and she cries. I would be happy with a hour sleep between feeds but I can’t continue to have no sleep at all in the night especially for a week. She sleeps really well in the day and only stirs for a feed.

Does anyone have any tips/advice? Or has anyone had a similar experience? (So I don’t feel on my own)
