See, I get why you would hesitate. Because he likely would leave. But that's the risk you took by doing what you did (not judging you, cause I've been there, but you know this is true). To hide the information that you cheated is just compounding your wrong. You disrespected him by doing what you did, and then are denying him the chance to assess for himself whether or not he would like to stay with you in spite of this. Not only that but it's just wrong and selfish to keep this from him, and if you're a decent person, the guilt will eat you up anyway.
