Baby fell out of his crib😫

I usually put him down 5 minutes early so he’s not super tired, he’ll play for 5 minutes and fall asleep. Today I heard a loud bang followed by a scream, I ran up and he was standing on the floor crying. We have hard wood floors and he could get hurt doing this again, I don’t know what to do, crib is already lowered to the lowest setting.

Anyone else’s babe doing this??
