How do I make digital art, as well as my own stickers?

I guess my title pretty much says it all! 
I have a laptop, an iPhone 11 and I just purchased a printer- canon pixma TS3320... just trying to figure out what type of ink I need to buy for it.
I’m not much of an artist but I know a little bit about canva! 
Any help would be some sort of help! Thanks!

As for the stickers, you would need sticker paper to print with. Otherwise it sounds like you have everything. For my digital art, I use a wacom drawing tablet and a program called GIMP, to draw. Making stickers is a cute idea.

I just inquired about stickers at vistaprint and you can get them really cheap. You just have to upload your photo but if you’re trying to do bulk sticker mule is really good!
