What am I doing wrong?

My baby keeps coking while she’s been fed. 
On top of that she has really bad gas and she’s stiffing up her limbs etc. 
This is my first baby so I get paranoid over everything.

Sounds like you have a fast let down.  You can try a few things: 1) “reverse pressure softening” (search on the Kellymom website)
2) nurse so baby is in a more upright  position to let gravity help the milk digest.  
3) burp more often during a feed / try gripe water if baby is really gassy

The gas and the stiffening can be a sign of reflux. Try keeping baby upright after feedings for at least 20 minutes, and try to get some burps out!

Probably have a fast let down. I do too. You can always pump a bit before feeding, hand express first, or even feed laying back to let gravity help! And also like everyone else said, try sitting baby up for a while after feedings and burping really well or stop halfway through to burp baby too.

My baby’s the same I’m a fist time mum as well 
What I suggest is keeping her more upright during feeds and burping between feeding 
And u also can burp him in the sitting up position and she won’t bring up as much milk
 I personally burp my little one between feeds in the sitting up position and after he finished I wait 2-3 minutes to let the milk sit in his belly then burp so milk won’t come up , also you can give her some colic drops

I’m in the same boat so I nurse her in a Russian hold where she is upright (she’s currently 5weeks+2) or sometimes if it’s been longer than 3 hours between feeds I either pump a little before or she nurses on top of my boob and I’m leaning back so gravity is working opposite. Also I weigh her a couple of times before and after feeds because she currently eats 12 minutes from both sides (or in the day 12 min from one side) and she is eating 2.5-3 oz so the 15 min on both sides doesn’t work for us because the milk is coming too fast!
