Extreme pressure= extreme hemorroids

Help! Im 29 weeks and have so so so much pressure in my vaginal/anal area. I am hacing a hard time peeing because there is so much pressure. I have had hemroids before but i have NEVER had or seen them this big. Im so so sore. It literally feels like theres a head pushing against my perienum. What can I do to help relieve this pressure. I have to concentrate so hard when i need to pee. Litterally feels like im pushing to gice birth when im tryingto pee. Also my little man is kicking me sooo hard in the uterus constantly. Any positions to help this?

Please any advice?!
