I know you can use a cup (asked my ob) if you have an IUD but my strings feel long and im afraid to try. I just got my IUD Monday. Idk when ill start my period because im 7 weeks postpartum and so far no sign of a period. Im also breastfeeding. She also said I could use tampons too if I wanted but once again im scared ill accidently pull it out. Anybody else have long strings and use a cup or tampons? I dont really prefer pads cause they rub my lips and make them raw.
